Photon Rush maintains the authority to amend these governing provisions at its discretion. Clients are encouraged to audit this documentation on a monthly basis to ensure continued compliance. Your persistent engagement with our platforms following any updates signifies a formal agreement to the revised terms.
Proprietary Content and Intellectual Property Rights
Users are permitted to transmit, manage, and showcase various media—including text, graphics, and audiovisual files—collectively referred to as “Client Assets,” through our infrastructure and hosted environments.
Client Assurances: You maintain full accountability for all Client Assets and operations conducted on your hosted domains. By utilizing our services, you certify to Photon Rush that you hold the requisite legal authority to disseminate such material and that no third-party intellectual property or privacy rights are violated.
Usage Authorization: To facilitate the delivery and security of our services, you grant Photon Rush a global, royalty-free license to host and duplicate Client Assets for archival purposes. This agreement does not transfer ownership; all rights and titles remain exclusively with the Client.
Supervision and Enforcement
Photon Rush functions as a service provider and does not curate or assume liability for the information transmitted via its network. While we do not perform exhaustive content monitoring, we reserve the right to execute immediate administrative actions—including the suspension of accounts or the removal of data—should a breach of policy occur. Such actions are taken without liability for potential service interruptions.
Financial Policies: Cancellations and Reimbursements
Photon Rush prioritizes operational clarity. We advise a thorough review of these protocols before finalizing any service agreements.
Termination of Service
Submission Period: To be eligible for consideration, cancellation notices must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the transaction.
Official Channels: Correspondence must be directed to our designated support portal or via electronic mail to the Photon Rush administrative team.
Refund Qualifications
Reimbursement requests are evaluated based on project milestones. Clients may seek a refund if the deliverables deviate substantially from the established project scope, provided the request is filed before the final project endorsement or “sign-off” phase.
